This service is available to the deaf, blind, hearing impaired or speech impaired. In order to use this service you must contact your mobile service provider and register with them. Once registered, your mobile service provider will activate the service so that it is available anytime you need it.

In order to receive assistance from a Gananoque Police Officer, the incident must have occurred within the gates of Gananoque. Gananoque Police responds to all King Street East and West addresses and all Stone Street North addresses. If you have a Highway 2 or County Road 32 address, you need to contact the Ontario Provincial Police. Any other incidents occurring outside the Town Gates, or on the waterway are handled by the Ontario Provincial Police, 1-888-310-1122.
