Winter Parking Regulations are in effect from November 15 to April 15 every year. During this time, parking is prohibited on all Town streets from the hours of 01:00am to 07:00am. These regulations are to ensure the streets are clear for snow removal equipment. Parking tickets will be issued to vehicles found parked on the street during this time whether or not there has been a snowfall. Vehicles will be towed during this time if they are found to be blocking snow removal equipment. Towing fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
